Terms of Service

pawpado provides on-demand cloud GPU gaming sessions delivered over the public internet. You rent a compute instance with a dedicated GPU, install your own games on it, and stream gameplay to your devices using third-party Moonlight-compatible software.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pawpado. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by them.

• You must be at least 17 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. Sign-in is via Huudis SSO; you're bound by Huudis's terms in addition to these.
• One account per individual. Sharing credentials with anyone else is a Terms violation.
• You're responsible for keeping your credentials secret. Suspicious activity should be reported to support@pawpado.com immediately.

You agree not to:

• Run pirated software, copyright-infringing content, or content that violates the rights of any third party
• Use pawpado to host services for others (resell streaming capacity, run a multi-tenant tail behind your account, etc.)
• Attempt to access another user's instance, data, or account without authorization
• Run cryptocurrency mining, distributed credential cracking, or other workloads unrelated to interactive gaming
• Use the service to send spam, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or distribute malware
• Probe, scan, or attempt to defeat any security measure of pawpado's infrastructure or any other user's instance
• Reverse-engineer the service for the purpose of building a competing product

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. We'll respond to credible third-party takedown notices in good faith.

pawpado bills in two parts:

• Storage subscription — recurring monthly charge for the EBS volume that holds your library. Pro-rated on cancellation: unused days are credited back to your compute wallet.
• Compute credits — prepaid wallet drawn down per-minute while your instance is running. Compute credits are generally non-refundable except for obvious billing errors.

All charges are processed by Plugipay. Tax and currency conversion are handled by Plugipay; refer to their terms for fee structure.

Compute prices may change with 14 days' notice, delivered to the email associated with your Huudis account. Already- purchased credits are not affected — they spend at the rate in effect when you purchased them.

Anything you install on your instance — games, save files, screenshots, settings, mods — is yours. pawpado does not access your instance's contents except as necessary to operate the service (e.g., applying drivers, rotating system credentials via SSM).

You are responsible for backing up anything you can't afford to lose. We make a best effort to preserve EBS volumes across stop / start cycles but offer no SLA on data durability in v1.

If you cancel your storage subscription, your EBS volume is preserved for 7 days to give you time to RDP in and pull anything you want off. After that the volume is permanently deleted.

v1 is offered without a service-level agreement. We aim for high availability but pawpado depends on AWS, Plugipay, Huudis, and Tailscale; outages in any of those propagate to us.

If a pawpado-side outage prevents you from using a session you've already paid compute credits for, those minutes will be refunded to your wallet on a best-effort basis. AWS outages are out of our control but we'll pro-rate storage subscription if downtime exceeds 24 hours in a calendar month.

pawpado retains all rights to the service's code, branding, designs, and infrastructure. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to those.

Conversely: the games and software you bring with you remain licensed under whatever terms their publishers set. pawpado doesn't claim any rights to your content.

pawpado is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, pawpado shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data. Total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid pawpado in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

By you: Cancel anytime from Settings → Danger zone. Cancellation immediately stops the storage subscription, terminates the instance, and deletes your data on pawpado.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if your account is reported for abuse, or if pawpado is permanently shut down. We'll give 30 days' notice for service shutdown wherever practical.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of pawpado after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jakarta unless we mutually agree to binding arbitration.
