Get set up
Install Moonlight (the free streaming app). On iPhone/iPad, also install Tailscale and allow the VPN when asked.

How is pawpado different from AirGPU?+
AirGPU also has Indonesian-native latency and pay-only-when-playing — credit where it is due. Where it falls short: cold starts take 5–10 minutes, and if your credits lapse your library is wiped almost immediately. pawpado boots in under 2 minutes, halts billing the moment you click stop, and gives you a grace window after credits empty — your machine is kept ready for a day, then your disk is saved as a snapshot for a few more days — so a short break doesn't cost you your saves. Stop times themselves are AWS-bound (2–4 min for GPU hypervisor teardown) and similar across both platforms; the difference is that pawpado stops charging you the moment you click.
What happens to my library if my wallet runs out of credit?+
You get a grace window. First your machine is kept ready for 1 day so a top-up resumes it instantly. After that, your disk is saved as a snapshot and held for 3 more days — or 7 days once you have topped up Rp 500,000+ over your account's lifetime. Your library, saves, mods, and installed games stay intact; top up within the window and you pick up exactly where you left off. After the window, the snapshot is deleted. Can I install my own games?+
Yes. Each instance is a real Windows Server 2022 desktop with full admin access. Install Steam, Epic, GOG, Battle.net, or anything else — exactly like a desktop you own. Your library persists on EBS so you only download once.
Are there games I cannot play on pawpado?+
Anti-cheat systems that require kernel-level drivers (Vanguard for Valorant, Easy Anti-Cheat in kernel mode for some titles, BattlEye in restricted mode) currently flag cloud GPU instances as virtual machines and refuse to run. This affects Valorant, Fortnite competitive mode, Apex Legends ranked, and a few others. Single-player AAA titles, most Steam multiplayer games, Steam Big Picture, emulators, and dev workflows all work fine. We're tracking anti-cheat compatibility — once vendor support catches up to cloud gaming we'll re-test the blocked list.
Does it work on phones and tablets?+
Yes. Moonlight has free clients for Android, iOS, iPadOS, Apple TV, and Steam Deck. Pick your streaming quality — up to 4K 60fps — when you build your machine; Moonlight scales it to your screen.
What controllers work?+
Xbox controllers via DS4 emulation, native PlayStation, and any generic HID controller. Audio output, microphone passthrough, and rumble all forward through to the cloud session.
Is there a free trial?+
No card on file required to sign up. Top up Rp 50k of credits — that gives you about an hour of streaming on the entry machine, or a few days of idle storage on a small disk — and feel the latency yourself before committing more.
